These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Warrantik (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Warrantik provides a platform for businesses to issue, manage, and record digital product warranties, and for customers to store and manage the warranties they receive. Warrantik acts as a technology platform and record-keeper; the party legally responsible for honouring a warranty is the business that issued it.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Business accounts must additionally accept the Warranty Issuer Agreement.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to defraud customers or misrepresent warranties.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the integrity of the Service.
- Comply with all laws that apply to you and the products you sell.
4. Evidence and record-keeping
You acknowledge that Warrantik maintains records of account creation, agreement acceptance (including timestamp, IP address, user-agent, and a version identifier of the document accepted), and warranty issuance and claim activity. You agree these records may be produced as evidence in any dispute.
5. Fees
Pricing for paid features is published on our pricing page and may change with notice. Free features may be modified or withdrawn.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time. Warranties already issued remain binding on the issuing business regardless of platform termination, and the underlying evidence records are retained.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warrantik disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Warrantik is not a party to any warranty issued through the platform.
8. Governing law
