This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Warrantik collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over that data.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, avatar, role.
- Business data: legal name, country, registration/tax numbers, registered address, signatory name and title, website.
- Warranty data: products, dates, terms, claims and their status.
- Evidence data: for each legal acceptance, we record timestamp, IP address, user-agent, and the version and hash of the document accepted.
- Technical data: log data, cookies used strictly for authentication and preferences.
2. Why we process it
- To provide the Service (contractual necessity).
- To maintain evidence of warranty commitments (legitimate interest of customers and legal obligation of businesses).
- To secure the Service and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
- To comply with applicable law.
3. Sharing
We share data with subprocessors that host or operate the Service under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Account and warranty data are retained while the account is active. Warranty issuance and legal acceptance records are retained for as long as needed to serve as evidence of the underlying commitments and to satisfy applicable retention obligations, which may extend beyond account closure.
